This policy applies to all content uploaded to the HardcoreFighters platform, including videos, thumbnails, titles, and descriptions. It is designed to comply with the law.

To maintain a safe and lawful environment, the following content is prohibited:

1. Child pornography (disallowed: any sexual content involving minors, no exceptions)
2. Actual depictions of sexual assault (disallowed: real instances of rape, allowed: consensual role-play scenarios are allowed)
3. Actual depictions of murder (disallowed: real-life footage of killing, allowed: fictional, staged scenes are allowed)
4. Non-consensual video recordings (disallowed: videos recorded without the subject's knowledge or consent, no exceptions)
5. Bestiality (sexual acts involving animals) (disallowed: real sexual acts with animals)
6. Copyright violations (disallowed: using copyrighted music, videos, or images without permission)
7. Fraudulent activities (disallowed: scams, phishing attempts, or deceptive practices)
8. Terrorism and violent extremism (disallowed: content promoting or inciting terrorism, violent acts, or extremist ideologies)
9. Any other unlawful activities (disallowed: any content that violates local, national, or international laws)

All content creators must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure they meet legal requirements and verify their identity. This helps us fulfill AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.

1. Review Timeliness

   We strive to review content within five hours during Central European Time (CET) business hours and within 24 hours outside of these times. However, due to the complexity or specific nature of the content, the review process may occasionally take longer.

2. Review and Approval

   All content is reviewed to ensure it meets our guidelines. We communicate clearly with content creators if adjustments are needed, providing feedback and guidance for resubmission if necessary.

Repeated or major violations of our guidelines will result in account termination. We have a zero-tolerance policy for severe breaches to ensure the safety and integrity of our platform.

HardcoreFighters may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in legal standards, community guidelines, or company practices. We will provide reasonable notice to content creators for any substantive changes.
